This holiday season, follow the unforgettable journey of Ebenezer Scrooge as he discovers the true meaning of Christmas. With spirited ghosts, joyful music, and a story full of warmth and laughter, Scrooge the Musical transforms the beloved tale by Charles Dickens into a festive celebration for audiences of all ages.
Construction on the theater began in the fall of 2019, during the Covid-19 lockdown, and was completed just in time for the December 2020 production of “Elf, the Musical.” The Freedom Theatre now presents our full season of mainstage shows; offers classes in dance, voice, and acting; and partners with the Winfield City School system’s Drama Club. The Freedom Theatre is home for the growing theatrical community in northwest Alabama.
Our team at Song & Dance believes that everyone should have access to high-quality dance education. That's why we have been committed to providing affordable classes and workshops since 2016. Our curriculum is designed to provide students with a solid foundation and a comprehensive understanding of various dance techniques. We strive to create a supportive and nurturing environment where students can develop their skills and achieve their fullest potential.
